We are searching for experienced Support Workers to cover flexible agency shifts for a wonderful supported living service in Salisbury, Wiltshire. We offer regular and flexible ad-hoc shifts with excellent pay and support. About the role
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred support and care to individuals each day.
- Encourage and assist people to try new activities that help build confidence, promote independence, and enable them to achieve their full potential.
- Provide respectful and dignified support with all aspects of personal care.
- Maintain clear, accurate records of daily activities and support provided.
- Take part in regular supervision and team meetings to support your professional growth and ensure consistent, high-quality care.
- Administer medication safely and accurately, in line with your training and each person's support plan
What you'll bring
- At least 3 months of paid support work experience in the last 2 years
- Mandatory training completed (or willing to complete with us)
- Up-to-date DBS
- Right to work in the UK
- Exceptional communication
- A compassionate, person-centred and proactive approach, with a genuine commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of vulnerable people.
Shift details
- £14.24 - £22.41 per hour (including holiday pay)
- Pay rate depends on shift type - not experience
- Weekday/weekend, days/nights, and bank holiday shifts available
