Nexo People is looking for Care Assistants to cover flexible shifts at highly rated care homes across Chippenham.

Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and daily living support (washing, dressing, mobility, toileting)
- Support residents during mealtimes and with hydration
- Keep accurate care records
- Work as part of a professional care team to deliver safe, dignified care
- Respond to residents with kindness and respect
Essential Requirements
- At least 3 months' paid UK care experience in the last 2 years (Care Assistant / HCA / Support Worker)
- Mandatory training completed (or willing to complete with us)
- Up-to-date DBS
- Right to work in the UK
- Reliable, friendly, and strong communication skills
- Shift Details
- £14.24 - £22.41 per hour (including holiday pay)
- Pay rate depends on shift type - not experience
- Weekday/weekend, days/nights, and bank holiday shifts available
