Critical dual-mandate role serving as the primary technical authority for both Microsoft Power Platform and Snowflake supporting MSFT E360 Platform.

Bridges business and technology, owns end-to-end solution architecture, data integration strategy, platform performance optimization, and governance across application and data platforms.

Responsible for ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

Key Responsibilities Ability to own the end-to-end technical architecture for Power Apps/Power Automate solution design, RBAC model, and downstream export design.

Conduct structured assessments of E360 platform performance across Power Apps, Power Automate, identifying bottlenecks, latency patterns, and scalability constraints.

Analyze application telemetry, data load characteristics, API call volumes, and workflow execution logs to diagnose root causes of performance degradation.

Produce documented performance findings with prioritized, actionable remediation recommendations mapped to impact and delivery effort.

Act as technical counterpart to Morgan Stanley's E360 Tech Lead ensuring solution alignment to firm architecture, security, and governance standards.

Collaborate with Morgan Stanley's internal SME team to align optimization work with the E360 platform roadmap and upcoming enhancement priorities.

Lead technical design and optimization of Snowflake-based data architectures supporting Power Platform applications, reporting, and analytics workloads.

Define and govern end-to-end data integration patterns between Snowflake, Dataverse, enterprise APIs, and downstream reporting platforms.

Analyze Snowflake query performance, data pipelines, warehouse utilization, and data modeling approaches to identify optimization opportunities and reduce latency.

Partner with Data Engineering teams to establish secure, scalable, and governed data solutions leveraging Snowflake best practices.

Ensure alignment of Power Platform solutions with Snowflake data architecture, RBAC controls, data governance standards, and enterprise security requirements.

Translate BA- and Data BA-authored requirements into detailed technical specifications, component designs, and integration contracts.

Guide and govern Power Platform Developers and QA Engineers through build, test, and deployment phases; serve as primary technical escalation point.

Own the technical delivery plan, sprint-level task breakdown, cross-team dependency management, and design/code review governance.

Maintain solution design records, integration specifications, data mapping, and deployment runbooks to ensure long-term supportability.

Skills produce clear architecture documentation.

Agile/Scrum delivery experience in outcome-based, fixed-fee engagement structures with phase gates.

Preferred Qualifications Prior experience on workforce reduction, compensation, or talent management platforms in financial services or similarly regulated industries.

Power BI development experience for operational and compliance reporting dashboards (adverse impact, headcount impact).

Experience with Java-based API services and DDP-style data distribution architectures.

Snow Pro Certification or equivalent Snowflake implementation experience.
