We’re looking for an experienced clinical leader to join an early-stage biotech company on the cusp of its first-in-human epilepsy programme. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll help shape the clinical strategy from day one.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the design and execution of early-phase clinical studies, including first-in-human trials
- Guide clinical trial strategy, drug delivery approaches, and programme development
- Provide expertise in neurophysiology to inform study design, biomarker selection, and endpoint decisions
- Collaborate closely with the executive team and external partners to drive progress in a fast-moving environment
- Operate in a nimble, early-stage setting where decisions are swift and impact is tangible
