This role supports the operational coordination and delivery of Nexia’s Tax & Advisory service line initiatives by working closely with Tax & Advisory business group leaders, committees and the Nexia global office. The role focuses on organising collaboration, coordinating initiatives and ensuring service line activities progress effectively across the network.

Service Line Coordination & Planning Support

  • Act as an operational coordinator to Tax & Advisory Service Line Leaders
  • Support service line chairs in organising initiatives and projects
  • Maintain project trackers for service line initiatives
  • Coordinate timelines and milestones across business groups
  • Help translate tax and advisory business groups’ priorities into trackable action plans

Business Group Coordination

  • Organise and support regular business group meetings (agendas, logistics, minutes)
  • Maintain action logs and follow up with members on agreed tasks
  • Act as a central point of contact for business group chairs
  • Ensure initiatives remain on track and escalate delays when noted
  • Keep in regular contact with Business Group members and identify new potential members from the network

Knowledge & Content Coordination

  • Identify thought leadership, events and content produced by member firms
  • Share relevant materials across the network
  • Maintain service line knowledge repositories
  • Support marketing teams in recycling member firm content globally
  • Share network level activities with the Business Groups

Reporting & Insight

  • Manage reporting into the Head of Marketing & Business Development
  • Progress tracking against two-year objectives
  • Attendance summaries
  • Identification of high-performing initiatives
  • Flagging underperformance and recommending intervention
  • Capturing scalable best practices across regions
