I’m working with a midsized pharma company looking to bring in an Analytical Scientist to join a small, highly hands-on team. This isn’t a role where you’re just following SOPs; you’ll be owning method development and validation end-to-end.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing, writing and executing validation protocols
  • Full lifecycle method development & validation (start to finish)
  • Hands-on lab work using ELISA and/or HPLC
  • Supporting regulatory submissions and interacting with external authorities
  • Working closely with a lean team (with occasional vendor oversight if work is outsourced)

What they’re looking for:

  • Strong background in analytical science
  • Proven experience in method development + validation
  • Confident in a hands-on lab environment
  • Exposure to regulatory bodies (big plus)
  • Someone who enjoys being part of a small, collaborative team

It’s a great opportunity for someone who wants real ownership and visibility, rather than being a small cog in a big machine.
