Salary: £60,000 – £90,000 – DOE + Bonus + Benefits

About the Role

We are working in partnership with a specialist fire safety consultancy renowned for delivering expert, innovative solutions across complex and high-risk environments. Due to sustained growth and an expanding portfolio, our client is seeking a Fire Engineering experts to join their established team and play a pivotal role in the technical delivery of projects across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of fire strategies for new and existing developments
• Deliver fire risk assessments, safety audits, and compliance reports
• Engage with clients, architects, contractors, and approving authorities
• Interpret and apply UK fire safety legislation and relevant standards
• Mentor and support junior engineers within the team
• Contribute to fee proposals, client presentations, and business development
• Support complex design challenges across high-profile and sensitive environments

About You

• Degree qualified in Fire Engineering or a related discipline
• Experience in delivering fire safety strategies
• Strong knowledge of UK fire codes and design standards
• Chartered or working toward CEng/MIFireE status desireable
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Able to manage projects from concept through to completion
• Comfortable working across multiple sectors and adapting to client needs
