Are you a proven leader in security operations or a related field services industry? We are seeking a results-driven UK Operations Manager to lead and scale our partners nationwide service delivery across the UK.

This is a pivotal role in a fast-growing business offering cutting-edge, technology-driven security solutions to clients across construction, infrastructure, and public sectors.

The Role:

You will be responsible for overseeing UK field operations, managing a growing team of engineers and central staff. Your mission: deliver excellent customer service, efficient operations and solid customer delivery!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead national field operations
  • Manage, mentor, and expand a dispersed operational team across multiple UK regions.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with planning, logistics, customer care, and commercial teams.
  • Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvements in service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Implement and uphold strict compliance with industry standards and health & safety legislation.
  • Drive strategic expansion of operations in line with business growth.

About You:

  • Significant experience in an operational leadership role within security, facilities management, telecoms, or a related technical services sector.
  • Strong understanding of mobile or temporary security systems, CCTV, or remote monitoring is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on leader with excellent team management and communication skills.
  • Commercially astute and confident working with data and performance metrics.
  • Willing to travel across the UK and work flexibly when required.
