Our partner are a rapidly growing provider of Security and Facilities Management solutions, trusted by clients across multiple sectors for reliability, innovation, and customer-first approach. As they expand their market presence, they are seeking a driven Sales Director to lead commercial growth and drive new business.
The Role:
As Sales Director, you will take full ownership of sales strategy and execution. You will lead a motivated sales team, but this is not a desk job—you’ll be actively pitching, presenting, and closing deals alongside your team.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a winning sales strategy across both Security and FM services.
- Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing sales team.
- Personally engaging in key client meetings, tenders, and negotiations.
- Identifying new market opportunities and driving expansion into new sectors or geographies.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.

- Strong understanding of contract sales, bid/tender processes, and long-term client relationship management.
