A growing national provider of security and site protection solutions is looking to recruit a Key Account Manager to support and develop relationships across an established customer base. This role is ideal for someone with experience within the security industry or a related sector such as hire, facilities management, construction services or infrastructure support, who enjoys building relationships and being the main point of contact for customers. The position is not heavily focused on cold business development. Instead, the successful candidate will work closely with existing clients, helping to maintain strong relationships, support ongoing projects and identify opportunities to grow accounts over time.

The Role

  • Work alongside operational and commercial teams to ensure customers receive a high level of service across multiple sites and projects.
  • Regular communication with clients, meetings, supporting project coordination and helping develop long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support relationships with existing key customers.
  • Act as a main point of contact for client queries and ongoing requirements.
  • Build strong working relationships with operational and commercial stakeholders.

  • Background within security, FM, hire, construction services or a related industry.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organised and commercially aware.
  • Comfortable managing multiple customer relationships.
  • Positive and proactive approach.
  • Full UK driving licence.
