Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of fire strategies for new and existing developments
- Deliver fire risk assessments, safety audits, and compliance reports
- Engage with clients, architects, contractors, and approving authorities
- Interpret and apply UK fire safety legislation and relevant standards
- Mentor and support junior engineers within the team
- Contribute to fee proposals, client presentations, and business development
- Support complex design challenges across high-profile and sensitive environments
About You
- Degree qualified in Fire Engineering or a related discipline
- Experience in delivering fire safety strategies
- Strong knowledge of UK fire codes and design standards
- Chartered or working toward CEng/MIFireE status desirable
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to manage projects from concept through to completion
- Comfortable working across multiple sectors and adapting to client needs
