Field Engineer

Field Engineer – Security Hybrid role on the road – Supporting branch in Slough or High Wycombe Package £42,000 (Base and bonus) overtime also available. Monday – Friday Our partner is a national company and well-known name in the security sector, we are looking to speak with experienced Field based Engineers to join their growing team in the South. We are looking to speak to people with a background in Engineering from multiple disciplines, whether you are a seasoned Fire & Security Engineer or someone with electrical or related experience. We have roles to suit you! These guys are at the forefront of Tech in the sector, you will benefit from in house training on industry leading products. Duties * Driving to and deploying, decommissioning and maintaining modular CCTV Towers * Fault diagnosis of CCTV, Motion Detection Sensors, Routers and Motion Detectors and Battery and Solar Technology (Full Training Provided) * Works with access control and alarms * Carrying out weekly vehicle inspections * Maintaining stock management and job booking system * Adhere to company quality and health and safety standards. Experience * Experience in a Fire & Security business is desirable * General Electrical installations experience, Fibreoptics, Data Cabling, Alarms, Fire systems, Telecoms * Experience using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively in a technical setting. * Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently. * Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients. * A proactive approach to learning new technologies and staying updated on industry trends. * This is a field-based role, you need to be happy to drive to and from customer sites * Motivated and driven – this role will open up doors for future progression in a fast-growing business. * Commutable to Slough or High Wycombe – Supporting Depot to stock up What do we have to offer? * Basic salary up to £35,000 + quarterly bonus scheme (OT available) * Van provided and fuel card * Full training on existing and new products added * Tools to do the job * 23 days holiday + bank holidays * Optional Overtime – varied rates depending on time of year and project * Employee support and development Apply today
