A growing provider of technology-led site security solutions is looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to support continued expansion across Scotland. This is a field-based role focused on developing relationships within the construction, infrastructure, utilities and related sectors, offering a consultative solution-led approach to protecting sites, assets and projects.

The Role
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities across East Scotland
- Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close
- Building relationships with contractors, developers, infrastructure providers and facilities-related businesses
- Conducting client meetings, site visits and solution presentations
- Developing strategic relationships with both new and existing accounts
- Working closely with internal operations teams to support successful project delivery
- Maintaining accurate pipeline and sales activity reporting
What We’re Looking For
- Experience within construction sales
- Experience within hire industry sales
- Experience within security or electronic security sales
- Experience within facilities management or related service sectors
- Experience within site-based solution selling environments
