Development Manager – Full stack Negotiable – guide bracket – £60,000 – £80,000 DPE Manchester/Remote – Able to attend Manchester HQ for team meetings every 1-2 weeks Our partner is a security business looking to enhance their customer journey with a new AI-powered alarm handling and business process automation platform. They are a National Security business that provide a wide range of tailored solutions to their customers, they are on an exciting innovation journey and are looking for an experienced Development Manager to help them achieve their goals. What to expect: * This role will be hands on – expect a split between 75% technical development and 25% on management. Offering a good blend of coding, mentorship, team growth and collaboration * Offshore team management (front-end, back-end, IOS and Android developers) * Recruitment of domestic and offshore teams * Contribute to UX and UXI design * Write + maintain scalable secure code * Develop and support modern JavaScript frameworks * Implement DevOps practices * Ensure compliance with ISO27001 * Leverage APIs including OpenAI to build features * Manage tasks and team’s workflow using JIRA * Manage project timelines * Work closely with business stakeholders internal and external What is on offer to you? * The opportunity to work in a truly innovative business in the security sector. * Grow, develop and enhance not only your team but also your own career * Salary is negotiable however guide bracket is £60,000 – £80,000 * Home /remote working with occasional trips to innovation centre to meet with UK team * Join a supportive and forward-thinking national business * Holiday * Pension This opportunity if looking for someone that not only can look after the current project, but also wants to expand on their career.
