We’re working with a growing, security-focused business that is looking to appoint an Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day engineering operations across a multi-site environment. The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing field-based engineering teams, ensuring smooth delivery across customer sites, and maintaining high standards of service and operational performance. Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day field operations across multiple sites
- Lead and coordinate engineering teams, ensuring effective workload planning and delivery

- Take ownership of team management including performance, development, and disciplinary processes
