We are looking for passionate and experienced SEN Teachers to join a welcoming and inclusive school community, supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs

  • Develop, implement, and review EHCPs and IEPs in collaboration with SENCOs and support staff

  • Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment

  • Use a variety of teaching strategies and behaviour management techniques

  • Collaborate with parents, carers, and external agencies to support pupil development

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)

  • Experience working with SEN pupils, ideally in a specialist or mainstream setting

  • Knowledge of SEND Code of Practice and UK safeguarding procedures

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Team player with a proactive, child-centred approach
