Weekend Cleaning Operative

We are looking to recruit a Weekend Cleaning Operative for one of our customers in Basildon, SS14.

• Saturday & Sunday
• 2 hours per day – working hours to be discussed at interview
• £13.25 per hour

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in cleaning environment is essential
• IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps)
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English)

Core Responsibilities – Cleaning Operative / Cleaner

• Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, hand rails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors and frames
• Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops
• Mopping floors with wet or damp mops
• Hoovering of carpeted areas
• Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points
• Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use
• Replenish consumable items e.g. soap, toilet rolls, paper towels (if contractual)
• Clean kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins and sinks
