We are seeking a Mobile Cleaner to attend a number of sites for one of our Social Housing partners, in Taunton and surrounding areas. This is a full-time, permanent position, working 8 am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. The hourly rate is £13.00. A Full Manual UK Driving Licence is required, but a Company Vehicle is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, hand rails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors and frames.
- Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops.
- Mopping floors with wet or damp mops.
- Hoovering of carpeted areas.
- Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points.
- Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use.
- Replenish consumable items: soap, toilet rolls, paper towels.
- Clean kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins and sinks.
What are we looking for?
- Prior professional cleaning experience.
- IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps).
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English).
- Willing to undergo a Standard or Enhanced DBS check (We cover the cost of the DBS check).
