The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

We are looking to recruit a Contract Manager to cover key customer contracts across Northampton, Bedford, Peterborough, Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm. A Full UK Driving License is required, a company vehicle will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility to client budget, manage finance, and billing of contract for site
  • Overall management of full site structure
  • Produce yearly budgets and cost saving exercises
  • Pro-actively working with BN to provide innovation suggestions to client
  • Assist in KPI reporting
  • Create Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) plans, ensuring they are accurate and carried out in accordance with frequencies, timing and quality of work
  • Control budgets for 3rd party suppliers with good value being achieved for remedial and unplanned works
  • Arrange for any follow up remedial work to be priced, approved by the client and completed in safe, timely manner
  • Analysis of unplanned work for root cause and create more certainty on requirements as necessary
  • Assist in defining requirements for all equipment and buildings, especially in seeking ease of maintenance and operation
  • Work with Admin to analyse weekly reports, understanding resource and communicating with our client to agree correct resource level to work coming in
  • Responsible for accurate submission of bills, with support from the Administration and Commercial teams
  • Hold meetings with our client on unplanned spends, PPM performance, energy and KPIs
  • Review service providers, always seeking to bring as many services in house as possible
  • Manage in house team, ensuring PPM plan is fulfilled and communicating any errors to client, getting recovery plan approved
  • See that training is maintained, toolbox talks are issued and near misses/good catches are recorded by all disciplines on site
  • Manage complaints to ensure they are addressed within correct timelines for Soft and Hard Services
  • Assist with EHS Manager regarding reporting and investigating accidents and performance issues per Company Procedure

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience in the same or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office software
  • Strong client focus in delivering and improving services
  • Delivery of all client and contractor KPI and SLA targets
