The predicted salary is between 10 - 15 £ per hour.
We are looking to recruit an Area Cleaning Supervisor to cover key customer contracts across Norfolk, Suffolk & Essex. This role is a zero hour contract, must be able to work flexibly.
Pay rate £12.50 per hour. A Full UK Driving License is required, a company vehicle will be provided.
Core Responsibilities:- Supervise and motivate cleaning operators to achieve the highest level of service to the client.
- Effectively carry out site inspections using our in house system and carry out quotes.
- Ensure works are delivered to the required standards.
- Represent the business and meet client representatives on sites.
- UK Manual Driving Licence.
- Experience managing cleaning and grounds maintenance teams.
- IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps).
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English).
