NexGen Consultancy LTD are currently recruiting for a Senior CNC Programmer to join a well establisted client. Our client specialises within the manufacturing of precision components within many industries such as:
- Aerospace
- Automotive
- Oil and Gas
- Defence
Due to substantial investment, they are looking for a programmer to take over the milling section.
Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm
Job Responsibilities
- Create offline programs using HYPERMILL software
- Set and prove out machines in preperation for the Operators to run
- Organise work flow
- Manage cycle times, BOMs and planning of the section
Experience Required
- Hypermill experience (preferred)
- 3,4 and 5 axis programming and machining capabilities
- Previously worked in an aerospace environment (desirable)
- 3+ years working with CADCAM
- Experience within a senior/management role
