NexGen Consultancy are currently recruiting for a Sliding Head Machinist for our well established client. Our client are a market leading CNC manufacturer specialising within the Aerospace and Automotive industries. Due to company expansion our client are looking to expand their Sliding Head team.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and operate sliding head machines
- First off inspection
- Changing tooling, fixtures and jigs
- Oversee the whole cycle run of the sliding head machines
Required Experience
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Ability to set and operate sliding head machines
- CADCAM experience (Desirable)
- Experience with either Star or Citizen machines
Hours of work: Monday - Friday: 8am - 4:30pm
