Renowned for their precision work across the aerospace, automotive, oil & gas, and defence sectors, they are now looking for a skilled and motivated CNC Programmer with Hypermill experience to join their team. This is more than just a programming role — it’s an opportunity to take ownership of the milling department and play a key part in shaping its future.
The Role: As CNC Programmer & Milling Department Lead, you’ll be responsible for:
- Programming CNC milling machines using Hypermill CAM software
- Setting up machines and jobs, getting them running for operators to continue production
- Organising workflow within the milling department to ensure efficiency and timely delivery
- Monitoring and optimising cycle times
- Collaborating with the wider production team to prioritise work and manage resources effectively
- Providing support and guidance to operators, ensuring high-quality standards are met
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong experience with CNC programming (Hypermill essential)
- Is confident in leading or supervising a small team or department
