NexGen Consultancy LTD are currently recruiting for a Benching/Goods Out Operator to join a well established engineering company located in High Wycombe. Our client are looking for a versatile individual to obtain a variety of skills to be an ‘all rounder’ KEY SKILLS * Demonstratable experience of benching / deburring / finishing of machined components to a high standard * Ability to achieve and then consistently hold drawing requirements and visual appeal * Experience of working in a manufacturing environment ideally in a machine shop * Understand and ability to read drawings and their requirements * Understand and ability to meet surface finish requirements * Thread work and deep bore benching * Computer literate * Approachable and can do attitude * Clean driving licence PREFERENTIAL SKILLS * Experience of Goods Inward / Outward functions * Experience of packing goods to ensure no damage can occur * Awareness of FOD and how to minimise it * Visual inspection experience * Van Driving ADDITIONAL SKILLS * Basic Health and Safety Awareness * First Aid Training ideal but not a requirement * Must be flexible and willing to adapt as needed If you feel you are the right candidate for the role, apply now
