NexGen Associates are currently working with an established IT Consultancy client who work within the government and defence verticals. They are now looking to take on a Project Manager with experience in the defence in IT Technical or digital transformation projects, delivering complex projects on time and within budget. You must have experience of working the full lifecycle of Project Management. You will have experience of working at Defence Digital (MoD Corsham β in the past 6 months) and have experience of approvals and delivering business cases. Duties: Delivery of business cases Provide project management guidance and advice to clients. Deliver project outcomes on time and within budget. Develop and maintain project schedules to align with key milestones. Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Apply agile delivery approaches tailored to the project and client needs. You will also be able to demonstrate the following key competencies: Defence Domain Experience within MOD Corsham Approvals experience Business Case delivery experience and knowledge Stakeholder Management Issue Management Project Management Leadership Desired Competencies Change Management Program Management Negotiation Agile Methodologies Quality Assurance AMP or Prince 2 or equivalent qualification is essential.
