About the Role

We’re looking for a Growth Operations Manager to own the systems, processes, and performance infrastructure powering our B2C growth engine — across marketing, sales, and beyond. This hands-on operational role drives alignment, accountability, and innovation, with a strong focus on leveraging technology and AI to improve productivity and results.

You won’t execute campaigns directly but will work closely with executive and marketing leadership to connect strategy to execution, monitor performance across markets, and ensure teams are working smarter — not just harder. You’ll also play a key role in driving sales performance and aligning product and academic teams with growth priorities.

This is a high-impact role for someone who combines operational rigor with a future-focused mindset — constantly applying automation, AI, and growth hacks to optimize how we grow.

What You’ll Do

  1. Lead marketing sprint planning and day-to-day operations across sales and marketing
  2. Use full-funnel KPIs to guide decision-making and prioritization
  3. Support strategy and budget planning with the CEO and marketing leads
  4. Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement tech-enabled process improvements
  5. Drive adoption of AI tools to streamline tasks and improve marketing outcomes
  6. Monitor daily/weekly sales performance to meet productivity and conversion targets
  7. Maintain tight feedback loops to optimize lead quality and conversion workflows
  8. Champion AI use in lead scoring, call prioritization, and sales enablement
  9. Serve as the operational bridge between marketing/sales and product/academic teams
  10. Ensure learner experience, product positioning, and delivery align with growth goals
  11. Lead cross-functional syncs and reviews to align priorities and surface blockers
  12. Help teams leverage AI and collaboration tools to boost alignment and reduce friction
  13. Translate strategy into detailed project plans with KPIs, owners, and timelines
  14. Lead high-impact commercial initiatives focused on speed and accountability
  15. Track progress, flag risks, and adjust execution as needed
  16. Support the CEO with cross-functional leadership and project execution
  17. Manage growth operations across global markets, balancing local execution with global consistency
  18. Track performance by market and coordinate cross-region growth efforts
  19. Evaluate and implement AI-powered tools across marketing, sales, and operations
  20. Identify automation opportunities in reporting, lead management, and collaboration
  21. Promote a culture of experimentation and tech-driven innovation
  22. Deep technical fluency with AI-enabled sales and marketing tech stacks
  23. 5–8+ years in marketing ops, growth ops, or revenue performance roles
  24. Strong cross-functional leadership and systems optimization experience
  25. Solid grasp of B2C funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversions)
  26. Experience managing or supporting inside sales/telemarketing teams
  27. Track record of delivering tech-enabled process and productivity improvements
  28. Startup or high-growth experience preferred; international exposure a plus
  29. Shape the future of global education at a mission-driven, tech-enabled company
  30. Work directly with the CEO and leadership on high-impact growth initiatives
  31. Drive innovation across marketing, sales, product, and academic teams
  32. Join a fully remote, international team across 20+ countries
  33. Be part of a culture that embraces AI, automation, and smarter ways of working
