Nexford University Job Description We’re seeking a sharp and scrappy AI Growth Hacker to drive ambitious growth and automation initiatives at Nexford.
You will work directly with the CEO, growth marketing, and cross-functional teams to co-create and implement innovative, tech-enabled solutions that deliver measurable impact quickly.
Your role involves shaping the strategic 'what' and 'why' behind automation and growth experiments, applying structured thinking to identify opportunities where AI and technology can enhance speed, efficiency, or scale.
Once an idea is defined, you will take full ownership of execution, utilizing tools like Replit, Lovable, Make, and Chat GPT to build, test, and iterate rapidly.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in the dynamic space between ideation and execution — a builder who can think critically and a thinker who can ship.
What You’ll Do Collaborate with the CEO and team leads to identify high-impact opportunities for growth and automation.
Contribute to solution design through light design thinking: framing problems, asking the right questions, and suggesting improvements.
Use AI tools and automation platforms to rapidly prototype and deploy solutions.
Own the full execution cycle: from concept to functional tool, script, or system.
Stay updated on emerging tools and tactics to keep us ahead of the curve.
Who You Are 2–5 years’ experience in a fast-paced startup environment, preferably in growth, operations, or technical marketing.
Strong familiarity with AI and automation tools such as Replit, Lovable, Chat GPT, Zapier/Make, Notion AI, etc.
Basic working knowledge of Python and/or R is a plus — sufficient to adapt and run existing scripts.
A problem-solver at heart — a structured thinker who is also hands-on.
Confident collaborating with leadership but equally comfortable executing tasks independently.
Super tech-savvy, resourceful, and able to figure things out efficiently.
Why This Role Matters At Nexford, we’re building a smarter way to learn, work, and grow.
