Role: Technology Programme Manager – Children’s and Adults
Work Arrangement: Part-time (4 days per week) for an initial period of 6 months, with onsite presence as required
You will be delivering technology projects to meet defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards, aligning with the council’s strategic goals.
- Oversee enhancements to the Mosaic system, including data cleansing, compliance with retention standards, and workflow optimisation.
- Manage the implementation of the Mosaic portal for Financial Assessments and improvements to the Capita One system, including introducing the SEND Portal.
- Redesign and improve SEND Forms to streamline user experience and service efficiency.
- Spearhead CRM solution rollouts for Education and leverage Power BI for advanced data insights.

- Extensive experience managing technology programmes in the public sector, particularly in children’s and adult services.
