My client, leaders in their field, are looking for a Product Owner who will work with Agile Scrum Teams to deliver change under an Agile Scrum Delivery Framework. This person is a leader and decision-maker within an Agile Scrum team, responsible for maximizing the value of a product to the customer.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a transparent product backlog aligned with the product vision, including prioritization of work for the development team and evaluating and reporting on progress.
- Translate the needs of customers and stakeholders into the product vision and backlog.
- Oversee development (technical and non-technical) ensuring work aligns with the product vision.
- Ensure that work completed within each sprint is signed off by relevant stakeholders and any additional development is added to the backlog.
- Serve as the point of contact for the product, acting as the intermediary between the customer and scrum team.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the Agile Scrum Framework and promote best practices.
- Understand roles, events, and protocols within Scrum.
- Empowered to make decisions on behalf of the business area.
- Prioritize tasks and recognize dependencies.
- Creatively maintain and refine the product backlog to maximize value.
- Have a general knowledge of the product to create a prioritized backlog.
- Experience with Peppermint Matter Management System, Dynamics 365 Products.
- Identify and track benefits.
- Experience in data migration and reporting or analytics background.
- Hold recognized Product Owner foundational accreditation or above.
