Responsibilities / Qualifications
- Experienced Business Analyst with a legal background, proven in delivering large‑scale transformation initiatives and engaging effectively with senior and operational stakeholders.
- Strong experience in the design and delivery of AI‑enabled solutions, including Legal AI, intelligent automation, agentic AI workflows, and interoperable system architectures.
- Highly self‑motivated and able to take ownership, driving work forward independently in a dynamic environment.
- The role spans multiple workstreams, with a core emphasis on converting high‑level target‑state concepts into clear, actionable outputs that can be readily interpreted and implemented by technical teams, such as architecture and engineering.
- Business transformation experience and ability to assess how to optimise current processes with a focus on AI‑enabled solutions – such as RPA work, Co‑pilot, agentic AI workflows.
