My client, a boutique Consultancy, is looking for a Salesforce Trainer/change management specialist - someone who is very polished when it comes to drafting training materials and demos and can help organise deployment-like activities.

Key Responsibilities/Experience:

  • Experience in Sales Cloud/Leads - Opportunity and general navigation, activities events etc.
  • In-app guidance (prompts and walkthroughs).
  • Scribehow (or similar) to create documentation.
  • Strong sales & marketing operational knowledge - with a good understanding of best practice process & systems behaviours.
  • Experience owning and managing the relationship with senior stakeholders, ideally including C-level but if not - senior management & departmental heads.
  • Working autonomously, time management, organisation.

Role Details:

  • Role is until end of April initially - likely to extend to end of May.
  • Paying up to Β£400 per day.
  • Outside IR35.
  • Role is 3 days per week to start, with potential to go to 4/5 days per week later on in the contract.
  • 95% Remote - Travel would be London based.
