Joining a cross-functional product team, you'll be responsible for building, enhancing, and supporting Dynamics 365 applications used across the organisation. You'll work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design effective technical solutions, and deliver new features that add real value. Alongside development activities, you'll contribute to the ongoing stability, optimisation, and support of production systems within a collaborative DevOps culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and support Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions aligned to business needs.
  • Build and customise Dynamics 365 functionality, including plugins, workflows, integrations and business processes.
  • Configure forms, tables, business rules and process flows, delivering enhancements and resolving issues across the platform.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments through Azure DevOps, ensuring high-quality and secure releases.
  • Assist with integrations using Power Automate, Azure Functions and APIs.
  • Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders while providing ongoing support and maintenance for live applications.

Experience/Skillset:

  • Proven experience developing and supporting solutions within Dynamics 365 Customer Service and the Power Platform.
  • Strong hands-on development skills, including plugins, workflows and customisations using C#.
  • Experience building and configuring model-driven applications and integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems via APIs, Power Automate and Azure services.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices, source control and automated deployment pipelines.
  • Experience supporting live applications, troubleshooting issues and working effectively within Agile product teams.
