I'm reaching out as we're currently hiring for a CyberArk Subject Matter Expert (SME) role supporting a major enterprise customer within the energy sector.
This is a highly visible position focused on owning and managing the CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform end-to-end. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys working across Cyber Security, Identity & Access Management, Cloud Security, and Infrastructure, while acting as the technical authority for privileged access management across the organisation.
In this role, you'll:
- Own and manage the CyberArk PAM platform, including PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSM SSH and Vault
- Manage the life cycle of privileged accounts, including onboarding, password vaulting, rotation, reconciliation and auditing
- Support Windows, Linux, database, cloud, service and application accounts across the enterprise
- Integrate CyberArk with Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft Sentinel, ServiceNow and other enterprise platforms
- Perform upgrades, patching, health checks, disaster recovery testing and platform hardening
- Develop automation using PowerShell, Python and CyberArk REST APIs
- Support PAM integrations across DevOps and CI/CD environments
- Lead troubleshooting of complex PAM issues and provide expert guidance to stakeholders
- Support security audits, compliance activities and continuous security improvement initiatives
We're looking for someone who:
- Has 7+ years experience in IAM with 5+ years of hands-on CyberArk PAM experience
- Has a strong background within Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Has experience supporting enterprise CyberArk environments across on-premise and cloud platforms
- Is confident working with Active Directory, Azure, Windows and Linux environments
- Has Scripting and automation experience using PowerShell, Python or REST APIs
- Can engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Enjoys taking ownership of critical security platforms and driving best practices
Location: Warwick or Wokingham (Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite)
