Global trade runs on supply chains under constant strain: geopolitics, weather, and demand shocks arrive weekly. The professionals who keep goods moving spend their days coordinating across fragmented systems, re‑keying data, chasing rates, and assembling quotes line by line. Modern agentic systems can now help handle that work. Combined with freight domain knowledge and deep integration into the systems forwarders already run, agents can do real work for humans while the customer team stays visible and in control of every step. That is what we build, and it runs today with forwarders across the UK, Europe, and North America.
How we work:
- Extreme ownership: Problems are yours end to end. If you see something broken or missing, you have the freedom and the responsibility to fix it.
- High pace: Fast cycles and rapid iteration. Debate rigorously, decide quickly, and execute relentlessly.
- Customers in the room: We build with forwarders on their live lanes and real documents. Product decisions come from that contact.
- Learning velocity: Curious, adaptable, and quick to pick things up. Hard problems require grit, and we embrace them.
- Open and direct: We win as a team. We communicate openly, directly, and with intent.
The offer:
- Salary and equity: Competitive salary with meaningful equity. Within your package, you choose your own salary and equity split, because owners should decide.
- In person, Waterloo: We work together 4+ days a week at 94 Lower Marsh, minutes from London Waterloo, with regular offsites and team events.
- Kit and health: The technology you need to do your best work, plus health and wellness benefits. Early hires shape the benefits that come next.
- Trust over process: A high‑trust culture that prioritises shipping over bureaucracy. Small, senior, high‑performance teams with audacious goals.
