Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Regional Account Manager - South. The Regional Account Manager will lead efforts to drive revenue growth within the southern region by developing and implementing sales strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, managing key accounts, building strong relationships with clients, analysing sales trends, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to company growth.

Package: £45k + car allowance + bonus scheme (OTE: £60-65k)

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account Management.
  • Strong understanding of Market Analysis, Sales Forecasting, and Sales Operations.
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills.
  • Experience in Team Leadership, Performance Management, and Motivating Sales Teams is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM Tools like HubSpot and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Prior experience in the energy or electric vehicle industry is highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel as required within the assigned region.
