As a Solutions Engineer at Nexalytica, you will be the technical partner our customers trust from their first demo to their hundredth dashboard. You will understand their data landscape, help them connect their databases, configure their knowledge base, and demonstrate how Nexalytica solves problems they have struggled with for years.
During the sales process, you will lead technical evaluations, build proof-of-concept deployments, and answer the hard questions about security, performance, and integration. After the sale, you will guide onboarding, train teams, and serve as the customer advocate who ensures their feedback reaches the product team.
This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical skills with genuine empathy for the customer experience. You will work with data teams, business analysts, and executives across industries -- and you will need to speak all of their languages fluently.
What you'll bring
You are someone who can connect a PostgreSQL instance, optimise a query, and then present the results to a room of non-technical executives -- all in the same afternoon. You thrive at the intersection of technology and human communication.
- 3-5 years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and relational databases .
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Ability to design and present solution architectures tailored to customer needs.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
- Genuine curiosity about data analytics and AI and how they change how people work.
