Are you an organised, proactive professional who enjoys keeping a busy business running smoothly and supporting senior leadership? We need you.

Are you an organised, proactive professional who enjoys keeping a busy business running smoothly and supporting senior leadership? We need you.

Why this role?

Our client is a growing London-based consulting firm working with organisations globally on complex data privacy, compliance and technology challenges.

This is a varied role for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a business. You will support senior leadership while also taking ownership of important day-to-day administrative and operational processes across the company.

You will be based 2 days per week in their London office, with the remainder working remotely. The role gives you exposure to senior stakeholders and a broad view of how a growing professional services business operates.

The right person will be someone who doesn't simply wait for a list of tasks. You will be comfortable taking ownership, spotting what needs to happen next, coordinating with different people and making sure things get done properly.

What you'll be doing

  • Support senior leadership and the wider team with day-to-day business administration
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including access, systems, documentation and internal communications
  • Maintain and coordinate company records, shared folders, mailboxes and administrative systems
  • Support client administration, including documentation, contracts, timesheets, invoicing coordination and related processes
  • Assist with finance and expense administration, including staff reimbursements, invoices and coordination with external accountants
  • Coordinate relationships with suppliers, vendors and other external partners
  • Support office management and the smooth running of the London office
  • Support recruitment administration, including interview coordination and communications
  • Identify administrative gaps and take the initiative to improve processes and ways of working

In practice, this means being a reliable point of coordination across the business. You will work closely with senior leadership and colleagues across different areas, helping ensure that information, people, tasks and deadlines stay organised.

What you'll bring

  • Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrator, Office Manager, Operations or similar role
  • Experience supporting senior leadership in a professional environment
  • Excellent organisation skills and a strong eye for detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently
  • Excellent judgement and discretion when handling confidential business information
  • Comfortable working across different areas of a business rather than within one narrowly defined function
  • Strong Microsoft Office and general digital skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-through
  • Right to work in the UK

You'll thrive here if you...

  • Are naturally organised and like having things under control
  • Take ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do
  • Are comfortable working with senior stakeholders and different personalities
  • Notice the small things without losing sight of the bigger picture
  • Can switch easily between routine administration and unexpected requests
  • Enjoy improving processes rather than simply following them
  • Are calm, practical and solutions-focused
  • Are curious, adaptable and willing to learn

The rest can be learnt within the team.

What's on offer

  • London-based hybrid role — 2 days per week in the office
  • Full‑time position
  • 26 days of annual leave plus public holidays
  • Private pension plan
  • Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a growing international consulting business
  • A broad role with genuine exposure to business operations
  • Remote working flexibility
