The role N/C is scaling its HubSpot and RevOps delivery function, and we’re hiring a HubSpot Implementation Manager to work closely with - and directly support - the Director of HubSpot Operations. This role is central to how we deliver high-quality, scalable HubSpot implementations. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day implementation delivery, translating strategy into execution, and ensuring projects are delivered cleanly, consistently, and on time.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting the Director of HubSpot Operations in the delivery of HubSpot implementations
- Owning implementation projects from discovery through to go-live and optimisation
- Translating RevOps strategy into practical HubSpot configuration and automation
- Designing and building CRM architecture, pipelines, workflows, and reporting
- Leading onboarding delivery and system rebuilds
- Managing data migration, clean-ups, and process redesign
- Acting as the primary implementation contact for assigned clients
- Ensuring delivery standards, documentation, and QA are consistently met
- Feeding insights back into implementation frameworks and best practice

What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience delivering HubSpot implementations (agency)
- Strong working knowledge of Marketing Hub, Sales Hub and Service Hub
- Comfortable operating under a Director-led delivery model
- Highly organised, structured, and process-driven
- Confident working directly with clients and internal stakeholders
- Able to execute independently while aligning closely with senior leadership
- HubSpot certifications are strongly preferred.
