- Full-Time Permanent Roles (38 hours/week)
- 4 weeks paid leave - 17.5% leave loading on holidays
- Monday to Friday β Day Shift β 5:00am to 1:30pm

About the role
Reporting to the Factory Manager, the key focus of our Production Workers is assisting in production to manufacture steel wall frames, roof trusses and joists according to production schedules.
More specifically, you will
- Build and assemble using power hand tools safely to a high quality and standard
- Read and understand basic drawings and framing plans
- Manual handling, including 2-person lifts and general stacking
- Conduct quality checks, ensuring components meet required standards and specifications
- Work collaboratively with a team, ensuring seamless coordination and timely completion of tasks
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
About you
You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; Better Together, Be Accountable, People Matter and Think Bigger. In addition, you will demonstrate:
- Excellent work ethic, honest, reliable and punctual
- Experience in the use of hand and power tools - training is provided
- Have a general understanding of manufacturing
- Comfortable with high volume, repetitive work
- Available to work Monday to Friday β 38 hours a week
