Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, Permanent
Responsibilities
- As a Graduate Project Surveyor, you will report directly to our Commercial Manager, playing a vital role in supporting the commercial functions of our Maintenance team, which oversees a budget exceeding £7 million annually.
- Your responsibilities will involve assisting in the efficient management of budgets across our direct labour workforce and preferred suppliers, ensuring that projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
- You will have the opportunity to expand your skills and knowledge while contributing to impactful maintenance contracts and projects.
Graduate Project Surveyor Requirements
- Achieved (or on target to achieve) a minimum 2:2 degree in a construction-related subject.
- Exceptional communication, organisational, and teamwork abilities.
- A full driving licence.
- A genuine passion for the role and a commitment to ongoing learning and personal development.
- Knowledge of procurement, project management, and contract administration.

- Salary range: £28,000 to £32,148, with future progression to Project Surveyor and a salary of £42,440 to £44,673.
