Compliance Officer

The Compliance Officer role will ensure Cadarn and its managing agent clients are legally compliant by managing all cyclical maintenance contracts and management plans relating to fire, asbestos and legionella.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure legal compliance by managing cyclical maintenance contracts and management plans related to fire, asbestos, and legionella.
  • Act as the central point for procurement and management of cyclical maintenance contracts.
  • Plan, prioritise, and meet deadlines while working on own initiative.
  • Communicate effectively, work collaboratively as a team player, and maintain IT skills.

Qualifications

  • Relevant HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent experience in a construction‑related subject.
  • Experience in the procurement of building works and contract administration of cyclical maintenance contracts, including compliance databases and management plans.
  • Valid driving licence and ability to use a car every working day.
  • Basic Disclosure and renewal disclosure check every three years.

Compensation

35 Hours | Temporary Maternity Cover 12 Months

Location: Tongwynlais, Cardiff with fully flexible agile working options and some travel around the Vale and Valleys | Cardiff Areas

Salary: £43,050 to £46,143
