We are looking for a talented and ambitious graphic designer keen to develop and advance their marketing skills. Headquartered in the UK, Newvizion deliver marketing campaigns throughout Europe, North America, South America, Australia and South Africa.

About the Role
Reporting to the Campaign Manager, this is a unique opportunity to enjoy creative freedom, develop essential production skills, as well as experiencing many aspects of marketing and communications. More specifically, the role will involve:
- Designing engaging creative assets for use in print and digital: infographics, videos, brochures, adverts, flyers, banners, social media graphics and more.
- Developing, managing and measuring Social Media activities.
- Working closely with leading newspaper and magazine publishers, creating print-ready adverts which will reach millions of consumers.
- Managing the process of personalising our creative assets for our 500+ global members.
- Providing key artwork support for our country managers around the world, producing artwork in a number of languages.
- Designing engaging videos and, where external help is needed, working with external video agencies to produce.
- Improving and developing our existing websites.
- Coming up with new creative ideas to engage our target audiences.
About You
- A Graduate with a degree in a relevant subject or an individual with practical work experience in a similar position.
- Exceptional knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Experience with video editing software is desirable (Canva, Premier Pro, After Effects).
- Knowledge of website management and coding is not required but would be beneficial.
- Excellent written skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Highly organised, self-motivated & punctual.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Further Details
Office Location: iCon Innovation Centre, Eastern Way, Daventry, Northamptonshire, NN11 0QB
Hours: Full Time role: 9:00am to 5.30pm with one hour for lunch. Some flexibility may be required for attending meetings, seminars and conferences which may be off-site.
Pension: Employees are enrolled in NEST, the workplace pension scheme. Funded by both employee and employer contributions.
Holiday: 20 days + 8 days statutory holiday. The office is closed between Christmas and New Year and this does not form part of the holiday allowance.
Bonus scheme: A bonus scheme of up to 10% of salary is awarded annually based on KPIs being met. (Calculated on a pro-rata basis for joiners during the year)
Private Medical Scheme: Employees are entitled to join the company Private Medical Scheme after completing the probationary period.
Place of work: This will be at the company’s offices based in the iCon Centre in Daventry – a modern, shared office building with a public café, break-out area, meeting rooms, a 250-seat auditorium and free underground parking. Some home working may be possible by arrangement with the Management but will not form part of the Contract of Employment.
