We're looking for a hands-on CRO Team Lead to take ownership of our conversion optimisation programme across a portfolio of 20+ websites.
\n
\n
This is not a pure management role. We're looking for a player-coach who enjoys getting into the detail, running experiments, analysing data and driving measurable business outcomes while also leading a small team and managing external partners.

\n

What You'll Be Doing
\n
- \n
- Own and scale our CRO programme across multiple websites
- Shape the testing framework, operating model and ways of working
- Build and manage testing roadmaps aligned to business priorities
- Run A/B and multivariate experiments
- Analyse results, determine statistical significance and make rollout recommendations
- Improve conversion rates, lead generation and pipeline performance
- Work closely with SEO, Paid Media and wider marketing teams
- Lead a small internal team and provide coaching and direction
- Manage and prioritise work with our external web development agency
- Balance priorities across a portfolio of 20+ websites

What We're Looking For
\n
- \n
- Strong hands-on experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Experience with testing platforms such as VWO, Convert, Optimizely or similar
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels, user journeys and behavioural analysis
- Good understanding of statistical significance and experimentation methodologies
- Experience working with CMS platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and prioritisation skills

Industry Background
\n
- \n
- Proven B2B experience is essential
- Experience within SaaS, ERP, software or technology businesses would be highly advantageous
- Understanding of lead generation, MQL-to-SQL conversion and pipeline impact
- Agency-side experience is beneficial
- B2C or ecommerce exposure is a plus
