About the Role

NewtonX is looking for a Client Delivery Associate to join our UK office. This is an exciting opportunity to join our rapidly growing European team, take on senior client‑facing initiatives from day one, and help drive projects end‑to‑end for our largest clients in the region. We are looking for a motivated individual who is excited by the idea of making a difference in the knowledge market and is motivated to be a key part of the London team. This role is a great entry point into our quickly growing company and provides an exceptional opportunity to build out a general business toolkit, be part of scaling a high‑growth tech startup, and take team leadership responsibilities early in your career.

In this role you will work with world‑class companies, including Fortune 500 enterprises as well as top tech and management consulting companies (MBB, Tier 2), to understand their needs and deliver high‑impact research projects to help them uncover insights to answer their toughest business questions.

In this Role You Will:

  • Facilitate connections between clients and experts through our marketplace.
  • Understand the granular needs of the clients and help them design their knowledge request.
  • Assess in detail the specific knowledge of the request and onboard them to the platform.
  • Prioritise and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment with clients and experts covering all imaginable sectors of expertise, geographies etc.
  • Learn about new technologies, industries, topics daily and find ways to codify the requests into NewtonX’s knowledge graph.
  • Learn new things, mentor and share knowledge with team members.
  • Be one of the first Client Delivery Associates in London, with responsibility of establishing best practices and client relationships.
  • Be a client partner, and ensure our client stakeholders maintain their trust in NewtonX as the go‑to B2B research partner of choice.

Ultimately, you will be driving the core value of the company: connecting experts to clients. This foundational role will enable you to progress quickly within NewtonX towards commercial and/or operational leadership.

Who You Are:

  • 0‑2 years of professional work experience.
  • Have a right to work in the UK.
  • You love challenging the status quo.
  • You enjoy solving problems, taking difficult challenges and providing creative solutions.
  • You enjoy learning (you will learn about topics as broad as AI and as narrow as IoT in Retail in Thailand).
  • You think on your feet; when things change, you roll with the punches (no day is the same!).
  • You enjoy team collaboration, communication, listening and advocating.
  • You communicate clearly, write well, succinctly and effectively your thoughts.
  • You enjoy working independently and efficiently with minimal direction and under pressure.
  • Smart, quick, thoughtful and resourceful problem solver.
  • A strong client service orientation; confidence, professional and pleasant style, and a can‑do attitude to deliver great service.
  • Have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.

What We Offer:

  • Compensation: £50,000 base salary + performance bonus + benefits package.
  • Career advancement and training opportunities.
  • Supplemental private health insurance.
  • Employee workplace pension contribution or self‑invested personal pension (SIPP).
  • Paid time off: vacation, holidays, sick, and parental leave.
  • A diverse, collaborative, and positive culture where we invest in and celebrate each other’s success.
  • Good vibes (happy hours, team projects, and retreats).
