Overview:
You will support and coach individuals to achieve CII Apprenticeship and progress their Insurance career. You will receive a holistic induction and ongoing training to support your transition into the role and sector.
A typical week:
- Provide remote 1-1 coaching sessions
- Review & feedback on assignments
- Prepare learners for exams
- Work closely with stakeholders
You'll need the following:
- 2 years Insurance sector experience
- Experience of training or coaching others
- Professional & clear communication skills
- CII Certificate or Diploma Qualified (desirable)
