Overview:
You will support Apprentices achieve a level 3 Fire and Security Apprenticeship. To support your transition into the training sector you will receive a holistic induction and ongoing training with the opportunity to complete a training qualification.
A typical week:
- Deliver engaging & high-quality training
- Provide guidance & feedback to apprentices
- Carry out regular progress reviews
- Ensure quality & compliance standards are met
You’ll need:
- 3 years fire & security systems industry experience
- Experience training/coaching/developing others
- Confident communication & presentation skills
- Committed to a career change into training role
