Overview:
We're a boutique consultancy specialising in the Professional Education, Training, Accountancy and Membership sectors. This is a 360 role, from business development and client engagement to sourcing high-quality candidates and managing successful placements.
A typical week:
- Develop new & existing client relationships
- Source & place high-quality talent
- Build long-term relationships with clients & candidates
- Deliver an outstanding recruitment experience
You’ll need:
- A minimum of 2 years’ agency recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing, Boolean search, BD skills
- Confident & professional communication skills
- Experience recruiting for corporate/professional services roles
