Overview:
Working for a leading Fire and Security training provider, you will support Apprentices achieve an Apprenticeship level 3. You will receive a holistic induction and ongoing training to support your transition into the training sector.
A typical week:
- Deliver engaging & high-quality training
- Provide guidance & feedback to learners
- Carry out regular progress reviews
- Ensure quality & compliance standards are met
You'll need:
- Minimum 3 years fire & security industry experience
- Experience training/coaching others
- Confident communication skills
- The ability to develop & motivate others
