Location: Strood (onsite with local travel) Salary: Up to £29,253 22.5% pension (actual salary) Contract: Full time, permanent, term time only 1 week Seeking a passionate and dedicated individual with experience supporting young people with Special Educational Needs. Overview: Working for a leading education provider, you will provide support to individuals completing a term long Supported Internship Programme (1 day classroom, 4 days work placement). A typical week: * Visit students in the workplace * Provide in classroom support * Work closely with employers to ensure success * Provide on the job training in work settings You\’ll need the following: * Experience working with SEN learners * Experience of mentoring & coaching * Ability to inspire & motivate learners * Car driver, flexible with local travel NOT FOR YOU – Refer & receive £200 when we place!
