This is a 360 role, from business development and client engagement to sourcing high-quality candidates and managing successful placements. A typical week: * Develop new & existing client relationships * Source & place high-quality talent * Build long-term relationships with clients & candidates * Deliver an outstanding recruitment experience You’ll need: * A minimum of 2 years’ agency recruitment experience * Strong sourcing, Boolean search, BD skills * Confident & professional communication skills * Experience recruiting for corporate/professional services roles Why Newtons?
